Our Process
Step 1: Inquiry
Submit an inquiry and provide all the details about your project on the form. Plan on a 15-20 minute consultative call with our team. This introduction also helps us learn if we are a good fit and share expectations on a completion timeline and estimated costs.
Step 3: Design
Next is the design and development stage.
We start work with the architect and CAD designer, develop product lists, and create timelines with task lists.
This phase creates the final stage of getting our team started working to complete your project.
Step 2: Site Visit
At this stage, our team will want to inspect the project space and discuss the project on-site. Plan on a 30-60 minute visit with us at your home.
This phase gathers more details, such as measurements, takes photos, and gives possible design ideas and space possibilities.
Step 4: Build
The final stage is the Build phase. Once your design selections are finalized, then you will enter construction. During this time, we will be building your project out to completion.

What areas do you service?
At this time, our team’s capacity allows us to work exclusively on homes located in the Little Rock area.
When are you booking for?
We are currently fully booked for 2026, but we’re now accepting inquiries for 2027 projects. If a spot happens to open up in 2026, we will reach out to inquiries in the order they were received to see if they would like to move their project up.
How long will my project take?
We move at the pace of each project, which can be influenced by a variety of factors — client decisions, vendor availability, shipping delays, weather, and more. While we design every project in full before construction to ensure a seamless transition, unexpected delays can still occur. Our approach allows us to navigate these challenges thoughtfully while keeping your project on track as much as possible.
How do you communicate?
Client communication is handled digitally via email, scheduled phone calls, or in-person meetings. To respect both our clients’ time and our team’s personal hours, we generally step away from email during evenings and weekends.
What size of projects do you take?
We focus exclusively on full-room and whole-home projects, as well as home additions. We do not take on smaller projects, such as single-room refreshes or powder bathroom updates, unless they are part of a larger remodel or renovation. This allows us to dedicate the attention, planning, and construction management needed to deliver a seamless, high-quality result for every project we take on.
