I oversee our large-scale construction projects, managing subcontractors, scopes of work, pricing, and material installations, while also tracking budgets to keep homeowners informed and on target.
Alice Cruse
Accountant
I maintain accurate, timely financial records to support Project Managers in tracking job costs. I also manage budgets, process invoices, and handle cost allocation.
Taylor Jucha
Project Manager & Designer
I manage every phase from design to construction. I coordinate subcontractors, budgets, and timelines to ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and within budget.
Meridyth Walker
CAD Designer, Sales Manager, Content + Digital Design Creator
I guide clients from initial inquiry to signed contract, create floor plans and elevations as part of the design team, I also manage the website and create visual content and graphics for social media.

Advertising + Outreach Manager
I handle outreach and advertising efforts, helping increase brand visibility by managing magazine features, publications, and strategic partnerships that connect our work with the right audience.
