BOOKKEEPER / BUSINESS MANAGER

BOOKKEEPER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Categorize and process receipts for job expenses

  • Print and manage invoices for payment

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivables

  • Manage job costs analysis

  • Create new vendor accounts

  • Create and keep current billing accounts

  • Sales and payroll tax reporting

  • Payroll processing

  • Account / bank reconciliations and depreciation schedule maintenance

  • Manage inventory and sale of inventory items

  • Maintain insurance reports for yearly audit

  • Maintain 1099 information for yearly reporting

  • Yearly / monthly reporting

  • Ordering / receiving

  • Manage invoicing and cash flow

  • Manage change orders

  • Fact checking accounting data

  • Assist with revenue forecasting

MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary

  • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls

  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail

  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately

  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure

  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems

  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with Quickbooks, Quickbooks Online, or other general ledger software programs

  • Payroll experience preferred but not required

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field

  • 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role

  • Must have experience in Reconciliations and Financial Reports

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products

KITCHEN & BATH DESIGNER

Vision

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete site visits with clients, process estimates

  • Create detailed kitchen and bathroom designs, floorplans and elevations using Auto Cad

  • Assist with material selection and client presentations

  • Prepare full set of construction documents

  • Problem solve with the lead designer/project manager through design, product selection, and installation

  • Create scope of work for the job and coordinate sub-contractor bids

  • Visit job sites (new and current)

  • Assist with planning of new jobs / execution of current jobs

  • Ensure sub-contractors have most up to date scopes of work

  • Review owner contract and become familiar with terms & conditions

  • Prepare and conduct pre-installation meetings

  • Prepare and communicate change orders

  • Review and evaluate project drawings, specification and site conditions

  • Must source and oversee sub-contractors and vendors

  • Provide weekly reports

  • Communicate well with clients and project managers during project

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Junior Kitchen and Bath Designer - 1 - 2+ years experience

  • Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer - 3-5+ years experience

  • Experience in kitchen, bath, and/or construction or related field (such as: interior design, plumbing fixture purchasing, cabinet design, tile sales/installation, paint, etc)

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have valid drivers license and insurance

INTERIOR DESIGNER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete site visits with clients, process estimates

  • Develop space planning concepts

  • Create floorplans and elevations in Auto Cad, furniture, design, kitchen and bath

  • Develop and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, cost estimates, and quality control

  • Participate in furniture/materials selection

  • Create and lead client presentations

  • Provide project team coordination for finish plans, specifications, and material selections

  • Provide and oversee project timelines

  • Organize, communicate, and participate in progress meetings with the client and design team

  • Verify quality control review/oversite of design, deliverables, and construction administration

  • Project manage as needed and/or assist project manager with quality completion of project

  • Coordinate and oversee installations

  • Knowledge of styling and trends

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of design process, including FF&E, specifications, color and materials

  • AutoCAD experience required

  • Interior Design Degree, preferred but not required.

  • Junior Interior Designer - 1-2+ years experience

  • Senior Interior Designer - 3-5+ years experience

  • Experience in kitchen, bath, and/or construction or related field (such as: interior design, plumbing fixture purchasing, cabinet design, tile sales/installation, paint, etc)

  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have valid drivers license and insurance

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products

INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visit job sites (new and current)

  • Process estimates

  • Assist with planning of new jobs / execution of current jobs

  • Ensure sub-contractors have most up to date scopes of work

  • Review owner contract and become familiar with terms & conditions.

  • Prepare and conduct pre-installation meetings

  • Prepare and communicate change orders

  • Review and evaluate project drawings, specification and site conditions

  • Must source and oversee sub-contractors and vendors

  • Provide weekly reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years experience in residential construction / remodeling

  • Or related field (such as: interior design, plumbing fixture purchasing, cabinet design, tile sales/installation, paint, etc)

  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more.

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must have valid drivers license and insurance

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products
